Once you're shortlisted and contacted to prepare for an interview, you have an opportunity to demonstrate why you would be a good hire and/or addition to the team at your prospective employer. At TDG Jobs Ghana, lack of work experience is considered not a barrier to most positions available with our partner employers.

Before the interview
It's important that you adequately prepare for an interview session, making sure you know what you have put on your cv or what you stated in your application with us (note: all applicants automatically get a copy of the application you send to us). The more reason why prospective jobseekers apply for positions with us themselves and not delegate this vital function. Slightest indication of not being aware of what's on your CV and accompanying statements you made when applying is a red flag ahead of an outright rejection of your appearance.
